The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right next to the subway station and within walking distance to the palace. I also noticed that there is an office building nearby, which is great for those on business trips. The rooms are decent and functional, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. the hotel offers nice facilities like a bar where guests can hang out and a free cleaning service after 7 days.
Some guests have mentioned that the customer service can be questionable, with one receptionist displaying an unwelcoming attitude.

This hotel is in a superb central location, right next to a Metro station. It's perfect for exploring the city and also for reaching other areas outside the center. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and twin beds that are incredibly soft. The staff are friendly and provide basic amenities, including breakfast.
No improvements needed, everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be any better - it is right in the heart of Brussels, close to everything. We found it very convenient to explore the city, as it is situated next to the metro station.

Great location near metro, attractions, and Grand Place. Fantastic, clean room with separate toilet and bathroom. Friendly staff, especially Manuel at reception, provided excellent help. Breakfast had good options but lacked vegan choices. Convenient kitchenette in room.

The location of the hotel is superb, right next to du Brouckere station. The room size was decent and clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was also convenient to have an iron in the room. Despite a minor issue of no phone in the room, the overall stay was pleasant.
